Labor Day Weekend Events

Labor day weekend we have two events going on:
1. BBQ
John and I (Sarah) will be hosting a cookout at our house during the normal Holy Grounds time ( 6 p.m.) on Sunday, Sept. 6th. Everyone is welcome to come and enjoy good food, good discussions and a great community. Please feel free to bring family and friends. We’d love to pack out our house!

If driving:
- Park anywhere on the street, it shouldn’t be hard to find a space within a block or two
If taking the Metro:
- Take the Blue or Yellow line to Braddock Road, it’s a 10 min. walk to our house.
- Main dishes will be provided, please bring a small side dish, dessert or something to drink

2. Day Trip
There are talks of going to King’s Dominion or possibly Williamsburg or even a quick trip to the beach on Monday, Sept. 7th. If you have suggestions or are game for whatever, please contact Lauren or Josh Williams (I’ll let them post their email if they would like too). More details will come later.
