Cornerstone Benefit Concert
March 13, 2010
7-10 pm
Potter’s House
1658 Columbia Road NW
Washington, DC
Come out to our re-scheduled concert to benefit Cornerstone, a community for homeless men in recovery, featuring the Tim Parsley Ensemble.
Doors open at 7, music starts at 7:30. There will be food for purchase.
About Cornerstone: The vision of the Cornerstone Community is to be a family for homeless men who want to live a substance-free life. We are the ones who will love them, hope with them, and struggle with them until they are able to create a drug free and healthy future for themselves.
About the musicians: Tim Parsley, Brian Gorman, Jesse Cerda, and Nick Garman are coming together in the newly formed Tim Parsley Ensemble. Drawing influences from spirituals, blues, classical, folk, and much more, the blend of backgrounds and traditions creates a unique sound. Check us out in our premier performance!
